Yesterday was a total loss due to headache.
I am grateful for things that amuse me.
Posted by Kathleen David at November 15, 2007 09:19 AM | TrackBackI can sympathize with the lost day from a headache. There have been days when I had a migraine-type headache so bad that all I could do was sleep, sometimes as much as 6 extra hours of sleep.
Mine are seemingly all caused by food allergies. More than a handful of barbeque chips, some brands of ice cream, McDonalds spicy chicken, even chocolate, can all can give me a headache lasting from 4 hours to, one time, 3 days. The older I get, the more things I find that bother me.
